The room I had for the HR Conference had no ocean view but was fine for the conference. However, I had extended my stay and had my wife join me. After telling Margie that I had wanted a room with an ocean view, she was able to help me. Otherwise I was going to cancel my longer stay. She did this with a smile, was extremely courteous and her customer service definitely made the difference on this trip for me.
