Rockport, ME – The 12th Annual Wentworth Charities Golf Classic Tournament, an annual event of Ocean Properties, Ltd., has donated nearly $950,000 to charities since its inception in 1995. This month the Samoset Resort, a member of the Ocean Properties family and the host of the event, donated $12,600 to Warren based non-profit Freedom Riders. Other beneficiaries included the Tuberous Sclerosis Alliance, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and The Jett Foundation. Read

Rockport ME (July 28, 2005) – Each year the Samoset Resort hosts the annual Camden to Camden BBQ. It has been very successful with
fourth through sixth graders from the Rafael Cordero Molina School in Camden, New Jersey were they were transported by bus to Midcoast
Maine to stay with local host families for 10 days. These students were chosen for this trip through their scholastic effort and good
