We invite you to visit The Club. Our "Ultimate Backyard" includes tennis, basketball, outdoor pool, shuffleboard, volleyball, badminton, croquet, horseshoes, playground and disc golf. The strength room and cardio theater offer state-of-the-art-strength and cardiovascular training. Whether you're new to the exercise routine or a seasoned veteran, there is something for you. One of our group exercise classes may be just what you need to exercise your stress away.

* Please note guests must be 14 years of age or older to use both The Cardio Theater and Strength Center.
The Cardio Theater
With 19 pieces of cardiovascular equipment including treadmills, bikes, elliptical trainers, and stair steppers. The time will fly by with six flat screen televisions and four radio stations to choose from. Simply plug in your headset and your workout will be over before you know it.
The Icarian Strength Center
Filled with state-of-the-art exercise machines and free weights, our Strength Room has something for everyone. You will find a six station cable cross machine in the center of the room. Around the perimeter is a circut of single station machines along with a smith press. One Ab benche, two Stretch Trainers and dumbbell rack finish off the room.
Group Exercise
Our group fitness room is the perfect setting for workouts including three full mirrored walls and an elaborate sound system. You can choose from a variety of fitness classes all of which are complimentary to resort guests and members. Try Yoga, Step, Pilates, Water Fitness, and more. Indoor Pool
Our 30' x 50' indoor pool and hot tub are available year round for your enjoyment. Splash around in the pool with the children or keep an eye on them from our hot tub, they are sure to relax your tension away.
Tennis Professional
In the summer a session with our tennis pro is a great way to fine-tune your game. Our tennis pro is certified through the United States Professional Tennis Registry (USPTR). Lessons are available from Memorial Day to Labor Day weather permitting.
